In another incident, a 32-year-old woman identified as Sabir Bibi wife of Rehmat Khan was killed in the same area as her house caved in after a snow avalanche fell upon it late Sunday night.
It could not be known whether their bodies were recovered so far or not. Two houses were partially damaged in refugee camp Manik Payyian near state capital following continuous rain.
The rain coupled with snowfall continued on the fourth consecutive day on Monday bringing the mercury down to negative and causing blockade of roads due to mudslides, cutting the state capital from the rest including Islamabad.
The life has become miserable following frequent power breakdowns and sky rocketing prices of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and alternate fuel resources.
The refugees of Manik Payyian Camp staged protest demonstration against suspension of power supply to the camp for several days.
After keeping Airport road blocked for hours protestors marched to the Prime Minister house while chanting slogans against the electricity department.
Police forced protestors to disperse after officials of the district administrations assured them of power restoration within hours.
